Papa's Birthday

Earlier this year was my grandfather's 80th birthday party. I feel lucky that I was able to make it down to Georgia to celebrate it with friends and family. Originally, it was supposed to be held it a beautiful room, with wooden walls and wide windows, overlooking beautiful scenery at the museum's restaurant. However, Georgia's heat was unforgiving, caused the air conditioning to break in that area, and forced us all to a conference room down the hall. In the end, everyone enjoyed it, and it proves that it doesn't matter where you are, as long as you make memories.
